Bookings
Available times may change until your appointment is confirmed. A requested appointment requires business approval.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Each business sets its own cancellation notice and booking policies. Read the policies displayed before confirming.
Payments
When online payments are unavailable, eligible appointments are paid at the business. Deposit-required appointments cannot be confirmed until payment collection is connected.
Reviews and example content
Reviews are limited to completed appointments. Clearly labelled example businesses cannot accept real bookings.
Business responsibility
Businesses are responsible for accurate services, prices, availability and permission to use their photography.
